We Welcomed a Field Service Engineer

Following increased demand and further installations, we recently welcomed a field service engineer to the team!

Ritchie Greenhill has joined our team and is responsible for MedPoint installations, servicing, and updates.

He has a whole range of experience in his trade, having worked as a field engineer in varying sectors for over 15 years. Including working within the information systems division of British Telecom and within the electronic gaming sector.

Ritchie has joined us at an exciting time of growth, with many MedPoint orders being finalised across the UK.

Recent and current installations include another MedPoint machine at Cadham pharmacy, the first MedPoint machine in Northern Ireland and the first in the North East of England.
